Brand new (2023), our charming little house hosts from 2 to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). It offers a calm and relaxing natural environment, neighbors free . A private entrance leads to a parking right in front of the house. 

We get inside via the kitchen (fully equipped), which communicates with the dining/living room (large convertible sofa and dining table for 4). 

The laundry room with toilet and washing machine is on the left side. 

And on the right side you step right in the sleeping room with a quality king size bed and a cabinet for you to display your personal belongings. 

The sleeping room communicates directly with the bathroom, equipped with an italian style shower and a large 2 sinks (teck) piece of furniture, as well as a towel dryer. Please note that body soap and shampoo are provided.

No need for you to bring extra towels or sheets, or dishcloth, as we provide. 

Same for the kitchen : sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, it’s all there.

 

Sliding doors (with electric stores) open up to the terrace, both from the living and the sleeping room ; outside you can have dinner or relax in one of the 2 deck chairs ; and if you want to make a barbecue, it’s available.

Rates per night (including 0, 80 cents /night/person local tax), sheets, towels, dishcloth, as well as cleaning service at the end of your vacation) :

Minimum stay : 5 nights.

- Low season (november 1 to may 15) : 90 euros 

- Mid season (may 16 to june 30 / september 15 to october 31) : 105 euros

- High season (july 1 to july 15 / august 16 to september 14) : 120 euros

- Very high season (july 16 to august 15) : 135 euro

 

A 300 euros refundable deposit is required
